Citywest Village Shines Brighter After Litter Day Triumph

Hello Citywest Village Community,

We’re beaming with pride as we share the success of today’s Litter Day, a true showcase of our neighborhood’s community spirit. Alongside the Citywest Community Council and with the cheerful coordination of Lynda Prendergast, a team of nine dedicated volunteers – including three Citywest Village residents – rallied together to spruce up our streets.

Our collective efforts focused on Citywest Road and the Southern part of our estate. By the day’s end, around 20 bags of rubbish were collected, a testament to the commitment and hard work of all involved.

We also have a heartwarming token of appreciation to share. Thanks to the generous donations made through our ‘Buy Me a Coffee’ page, each volunteer received a well-deserved cup of coffee. These gestures not only fueled our day but also warmed our hearts.
