Amazon is using open maps providers for geo-targeting your deliveries, so to improve the precision of deliveries you need to fix your home address on those providers. It will not guarantee 100% of the deliveries but will improve it dramatically.
In addition you can contact Amazon support and supply them Geo coordinates to use them instead of the open maps coordinates.
Click on your place on the maps, select – “Suggest an edit on”, and fix your residential address.
